So, firstly - I am completely aware I have a <1% chance of ever making a FULL recovery and the chances are I'm going to end up on TRT for life. But anyway - always up for a challenge and I hope this gives others who are in a similar situation some motivation.

Straight to the story:
Hopped on at age 21 - Testosterone cypionate 250mg(1ml) weekly
Never hopped off. (go figure)
Never used any other compounds
Never blasted higher/ Cruised on lower
Just straight 250mg test cyp every week for 10 years straight

Throughout the 10 years I have been keeping E2 in range with aromasin 6.25mg EOD
Never used HCG (I know....)

Why did I hop on? A mixture of ex eating disorder sufferer as a teenager plus an "all or nothing" personality.

As a natural I got down to almost competition levels of conditioning - I felt how shit life was as a 6-8%BF natty (no energy, no libido etc) - figured I had two options, either sustain a more healthy bodyfat naturally or start exogenously injecting testosterone to maintain this level of leanness whilst being happy. So I chose the red pill.

Now I'm maturing and realizing all this was doing was masking my eating disorder/mental health. I feel like its time to face my bullshit head on.

The reason I'm want to come off? Simple - I never should have jumped on gear.
The physique I'm happy with is 100% totally achievable naturally
Nothing about my goals in the gym required gear
The gear use was just adding to my eating disorder and body dysmorphia - I'm ready to face those demons and I realise I absolutely do not wan to be a slave to something I dont need

So lets get straight to the ****ing fun part shall we
Blood attached - last ever set of bloods taken around 4 days after my last pin

Fun times ahead...

Good luck to you. If you give us a bit more detail about your recovery protocol, we may be able to suggest some things. You'll want to get your Vitamin D over 50 in a safe way (including K2). Something that I've seen no mention of but which might help is cow testicle capsules. I had always thought that was unlikely to do anything, however I heard Paul Saladino say recently that there is apparently some evidence that it acts a signaling molecule, so I've added to my protocol and it seems to help although there's no way to know for sure. I would avoid going to failure on any of your sets and instead focus on more sets with near-maximal weights. Avoiding the stress on your nervous system that max-effort reps create should help your recovery ability from your workouts without costing any strength or progress over the long term.

Just live a completely clean life and I believe you will fully recover. I know many men that did.

Thank you so much; so my plan is

4 weeks of HCG 2500UI Every other day

Then begin after 4 weeks of HCG begin 6 weeks of clomid and nolvadex

Gives me hope. thanks
Ive never smokes, never drunk alcohol, never done any other recreational drugs

This is my only slip up and I hope whoevers watching over me gives me a chance to recover and father a child one day

Your calling 250 mg T/week TRT?

Therapeutic dose of T is 100-200 mg T/week whether once weekly or split into more frequent injections
as in twice-weekly, M/W/F, EOD or daily.

Even then the majority of men can easily hit a healthy let alone high trough FT injecting 100-150 mg T/week especially when split into more frequent injections.

Are there some outliers that may need the higher-end therapeutic dose 200 mg/week.....sure but it is FAR from COMMON as in RARE!

200 mg T/week would have the MAJORITY of MEN OVERF**KING MEDICATED plain and simple!

Of course you pushed beyond the top-end as your goal was to take advantage of the anabolic properties of T for the sole purpose of muscle/strength enhancement.

I would say your UGL gear is overdosed or you were injecting more as there is no way you are hitting a ridiculous TT 113 nmol/L (3259 ng/dL) 4 days post-injection!

250 mg T /week would have ones peak TT (8-24 hrs) post-injection topping out around 78-80 nmol/L (2249-2307 ng/dL) and true trough (7 days) post-injection would be around 40 nmol/L (1153 ng/dL).

You are supposedly hitting a ridiculous TT 3000+ ng/dL 4 days post-injection which would mean that your true trough (7 days) post-injection would still be in the 2000+ ng/dL range.

10 years str8 week f**king in and week out you were running these ridiculous T levels supposedly banging 250 mg T/week?

Where did yoiur RBCs, hemoglobin and hematocrit sit?

Must have been caught up on those frequent blood donations.

Why would you get bloodwork done 4 days after your last jab when your system is still flooded with T and even then why waste your time testing LH/FSH as your hpta would still be shut-down hard!

That sounds like a great start. If you do not eat meat and/or oysters regularly you might supplement with Zinc, however note that it can interfere with aromatase. You may also want to prepare for a period of low libido/EQ by having something in the Viagra family on hand and possibly PT-141. We've talked elsewhere here about a lot of things that can affect sexual function beyond T so you would want all of them you can influence to be in good order. The chances are very high you will be fertile at some point; there are a lot of testimonies from people who fathered kids who were on a similar path as you. Also, you do not want to under-eat as that will exacerbate your time in a low T state, if there is one. The past is the past; likely a learning experience you will be able to help others learn form somewhere down the road.

Chew on post #5/6 you have much to learn!

And another thing, I hope you meant Clomid OR Nolvadex since AFAIK they would be redundant. Also, I would keep the dose of Clomid fairly low, as in no more than 25 mg three times per week. The dosages recommended in the physique community are IMO crazy-high and many people get nasty sides from Clomid which in themselves can take a while to clear. You may even want to forgo the Clomid until you see how you do with just the HCG for a while, and then, if needed, start very gradually, like 12 mg every other day, and assess from there.
