Low cortisol

I have been on trt for many years, last few years just not feeling well, thought it was my trt dose or estrogen, ran many blood tests and found out recently my cortisol has been consistently low, went to the Hospital and they ran the Cortrosyn stimulation test on me and my adrenals did not respond, I have adrenal insufficiency. Dr Wants me to go on hydrocortisone, would like to hear from anyone who has gone through this. My thyroid, Testosterone, all blood works came back good. Gotta do something, feel like crap! THX! Was a competitive BB for years and did many anabolics. 58 years old now.

Hey man. Any follow up on this. I am starting to think that many people of HRT may be dealing with this to a degree.
