Flushing ~5 hrs after cream application

I just started cream about 3 weeks ago and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.

Dose is 50mg (1 click) once each morning. Applied to scrotum

What I’m noticing:

• About 5 hours after applying, I’ll get what feels like a “hot flash”
• My face gets noticeably red and warm
• Hot feeling goes away but face feels red for a while
• No other major sides so far

I've done two clicks a couple times and felt way better symptoms wise but redness was worse. I feel like it's peaking my T/DHT/E2 super fast and then I'm dropping. I wanted to use cream to mimic natural rhythm of T and reduce sides with daily application but seems like my plan is failing lol. Was previously on pellets and didn't have this issue but also didn't notice much benefit from pellets outside of 1 month or so.

Curious if anyone else has experienced this on cream specifically:

• Does this go away as your body adjusts?
• Did splitting doses help?
• Or is this just a sign that cream might not be the best delivery method for me?

Planning to get labs soon, but would love to hear if others have dealt with something similar.
