Injection vs Cream

It would have to agree, the little 29g 1/2" syringe I use, doesn't have much of a bite.

Most of the time there's nothing to feel, some times a little sting. Having recently gone to subQ, there's truly no sensation at all. It's interesting you can get some stinging a bit later in the area I noticed, but the actual injection you couldn't feel if your eyes were closed.

I don't actually feel the needle, what I feel is a little bit of the T on the end of the needle like when alcohol comes into contact with and open cut. When you push the needle in what you're feeling is the sting from the medicine and not the actual needle itself .

I am muddling my way through this. I did not know you could inject T SQ. What is the difference over IM?

Diabetics typically use a size 31 needle, some use 30 so yeah that works. Why use a larger needle unless you have to.

I actually use an insulin syringe for my HCG. It's what was recommended by my doctor.

Sub q "generally" has slower absorption and some people can get by with less testosterone sub Q versus IM to achieve the same numbers. YMMV because it is all dependent on the individual. Thus far I am sticking with IM but I may switch over to sub q just to give it a try. The only reason I don't do it now is because HCG and my dosage of testosterone would be a rather large sub Q injection (just under 1 ml) and I prefer to keep sub Q to .5 ml or less. Since I'm sticking myself twice anyway, I figure I may as well do one IM and one sub q.

Is there a difference? We have members who in all good faith switch from one method to the other, run labs, and claim success - higher levels of total and/or free testosterone. Others report failure - a drop in the overall level, and many claim there was no change. It's a highly variable, one size certainly doesn't fit all issue.
