Excellent numbers. Is the cream 200mg @20% HRT base? Where do you get it and how do you feel? Any sides at all?

Yes that is the formula in Atrevis. King Pharmacy compounds it. Zero side effects. Hand washing a must in a dual gender home.

 

I’ll add my $0.02 given I’ve been on 50mg cream (one click) for last several years.

Baseline: T 400, estradiol, SHGB normal range, Free T at 2%.

Post Scrotal Cream: T 1100, Free 200, DHT 200, Estradiol and SHBG normal, Hgb 16 g/dL, all other labs normal including lipids (BTW try 10mg exert I’ve, dropped ApoB 32% in 90D and all other labs stellar).

What I found is it matters WHEN you draw labs based on PK of the cream absorption and duration. I’ve ranged from 750-1200, but at 3-4 hours typically 1000-1100. I’m a high DHT converter, with zero related symptoms. 59Yo.

So do you apply once in the morning?
