Low levels of ALP are less common. They may be a sign of a lack of zinc, malnutrition, pernicious anemia, thyroid disease, Wilson disease or hypophosphatasia, a rare genetic disease that affects bones and teeth.
I was going to say exactly this. I’m on 5mg Cialis daily for BPH/LUTS for many years and I think that this may be the reason of my sensitivity issues. At least the correlation is very strong. Unfortunately, when I stop using it, LUTS gets worse.Cialis and viagra help with erection but are known to paradoxically numb the penis.
The statin does not explain the reduced Alkaline Phospatase. Statins usually increase liver enzymes, do not suppress them. So that should be explored. Your thyroid should also be fully checked:
Yes labs were taken Monday on trough. My albumin fluctuates over the last 2 years of being on TRT between high and normal. What’s the significance of it?Your Albumin is at the top end at 4.9 g/dL.
cFTV has your FT 11.5ng/dL.
Again were your labs done at the true trough (Monday AM)?

I believe when classifying a result as low, middle, high, and every subcategory of each, the result has to be judged in its relation to max-normal and min-normal, rather than max-normal and zero. Using max-normal and zero would put 12.4 almost perfectly in the middle of the range (with 12.5 being the absolute perfect middle). However using max-normal and min-normal, 12.4 is 37% of the max-normal, meaning it's in the low part of the middle range.Your calculated free testosterone at trough is 12.4 ng/dL and is healthy in the middle of the normal range, where it should be. It should not be in the upper normal or above the normal range. Normal range for calculated testosterone for young males is 5-25 ng/dL.

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.
Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.
The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
