120mg e5d vs 200mg a week

I was on 200mg a week and my trough sensitive E2 would never climb above 35 without an AI. Quite some time ago I switched to 120mg every 5 days to try and level out my peaks/trough and have noticed without an AI my E2 can hit 50 and I have trouble dosing the AI and always seem to be going too high or too low.

On 200mg my peak TT was 1500 with trough of 800 and on 120mg e5d its roughly 1300 with trough of 1000. I'm just a bit shocked that at 200mg a week my E2 was less of a problem then on 120mg e5d. Would that be because I'm now never under 1000 whereas before I might have been around 800 for a couple days a week? Just figured the huge spike in T would drive E2 up more than slightly high consistent levels. My SHBG is 38.

I've felt good for extended periods of time on both doses but thinking about going back to 200mg a week because libido seemed to have higher peaks vs now with 120mg e5d its maybe a bit more consistent but doesn't have the same punch as 200mg a week. (I do keep detailed logs of how I'm doing so I'm not just winging it ; ).

I've had to donate blood regardless of dose about every 3 months and I'm cool with that. My HCT usually tops out around 51. Lowest dose I've tried thus far is 100mg a week. Did the whole sleep study thing and results showed no Apnea.

51% is that bad at all, some doctors tell you not to donate until it's above 52.
