Hello all,

I just thought I would share my latest blood results with you all.

I have been injecting Test E three times per week, instead of just one or two shots per week.

Total of 200mg per week (for 10 weeks now).

Befor increasing testosterone from 120mg to 200mg, I noticed some slighlty itchy nips and little over all irritation etc.. Hardly any problems to note.

I decided to add some Proviron at 50mg per day at the same time at increasing to 200mg.

I have been eating very clean, and training hard. I am really happy where I am. Before I started TRT, I had typical symptoms. Im feeling so much better overall in mood, sleep, energy etc.

Here are my blood results:

FSH = <0.3 IU/L
LH = <0.3 IU/L
Oestradiol = 452.0 pmol/L
Testosterone = 90.60 nmol/L (Range: 8.64 - 29)
Free Testosterone = 3.14 nmol/L (Range: 0.2 - 0.62)
Prolactin = 299.0 mIU/L

Total Protein = 76 g/L (Range: 60 - 80)
Albumin = 45 g/L (Range: 35 - 50)
Globulin = 31 g/L (Range: 19 - 35)
SHBG = 18.6 nmol/L (Range: 18.3 - 54.1)

TSH = 2.620 mIU/L (Range: 0.27 - 4.2)
Free = T3 5.3 pmol/L (Range: 3.1 - 6.8)

Always grateful for your advice and general comments.

Thanks.

Just out of curiosity, if you weren’t experiencing any significant issues what made you decide to add Pro while also significantly ramping up your test dose at the same time?

Do you expect to be able to sustain this indefinitely, and if not what is your plan for the next step? Seems like you’re redlining pretty hard at the moment so I’d be interested to hear how this goes in the longterm.

200mg/ week is extremely easily implemented long term, without sacrificing overall health/ longevity. So that’s not even remotely a concern, imo. 50mg of proviron per day, used indefinitely, is a little much, imo. But I can see 25mg/ day being used, indefinitely, without sacrificing overall health/ longevity, to any degree worth worrying about. Also curious what ur long term plan is

Would be interesting to know how you would do without proviron regarding E2. I think it's almost standard nowadays to add primo or proviron etc.
Are you doing IM or SC injections of T?

Hi, I didn't say previously that my Prolactin and Oestradiol/Estrogen results were much higher, and although I did not perceive any major issues, I thought Proviron would be a good thing to take. I started at 25mg EOD, to 25mg ED and then 50mg per day. There is also a very small anabolic edge to using Proviron, so I added it. I know I dont have fakes which is good - as I know there is a lot of fake Proviron about.

Having regular bloods tests is the key and having objective outcomes to actually see what is going on, than just guessing. I think I will be dropping Proviron down to 25mg EOD now.

I don't think I am redlining it. If you look at the medical and scientific literature - especially in the USA - there are people much higher. TRT is a newer concept here in UK and is done all privately. I have been quite precautionary with taking blood tests each 2-3 months, taking additional supplements, blood pressure checks etc. I took a 135 marker blood test and all came back normal, and cholesterol too. I was also little apprehensive about taking TRT/testosterone at my age and also had my prostate checked.

I am trying to find a good balance between optimal dosages, limited side effects and the negativity to my body and long term issues, whilst trying to live life, train hard and just enjoying life. Before TRT, my bloods were terrible and I felt awful. I feel better.

I think I will be dropping back a little on Test E now and see what my results look like in 3 months time and also be guided to how I feel, which is equally important.

I also take HCG with each injection per week. I am debating to reduce, or even stop this, but I am still researching and thinking about this. I might stop it and see how my bloods look next time.

I am happy to share and hopefully this might help others.

We are not on the same page. Your Total T is over 2500 ng/dL, this isn’t TRT. Let’s call it what it is, this is performance enhancement therapy.
Hi, I appreciate the comment, like I said in the title of this thread --> "slightly higher thank TRT".

And yes you are correct. Though I made some comments in a reply to the questions above which help my reasoning etc. Cheers for the comment.

Hi, I was doing SC injections two times a week for about 6 months. Regardless, I was getting a lot of irritation under the skin, albeit me trying everything to reduce this (warm up test, shower and massage etc). So I decided to buy in 1" insulin pins and inject deeper, so you could say I am IM now. I have also spread total TRT over three administrations.

With regards to Proviron, before I took this my E2 was higher, so Proviron has I feel, and as my bloods say have effected my E2 levels. But I think I will be reducing dosage down and see how the bloods look next time.

I hope this helps.
