Please share which sleep supplements work best for you.
Interesting read, he has some good insights. I used to buy GHB at the health food store. I REALLY miss it being available.
I have not tried the BDO as yet. I see it here and thereMe too - i made my own for probably around 20 years, but of course it, and it's main ingredient, got banned (then, (unsuprisingly), brought out as a prescription only medicine called Xyrem). Depending where you are in the world though, you possibly can still get hold of a GHB pro-drug called 1,4 bdo. I can occasionally get hold of that, and it works pretty much as well as regular ghb.
Yoo,Please share which sleep supplements work best for you.
So does it help ur sleep every night, even tho u only inject it once every 14 days?Something I recently restarted is CJC1295 (w/DAC) which is a growth hormone secretagouge, and it has massively helped my sleep. I take it once every two weeks at around 300-500mcg. It reminded me that growth hormone is well known to cause drowsiness but to help sleep overall, so it could be worth a try as a sleep aid.
I'm presently supplementing with 60 mg of melatonin daily at night.Hi!
For those using Melatonin as an antioxidant 5mg ++ (I am now at 8mg). Have anyone read any of Chris Masterjohns work on this? I just want to be safe regarding dosages and taking it ED or just sometimes. @Vince Thanks for reply
Is that a typo? I think you added an extra digit.I'm presently supplementing with 60 mg of melatonin daily at night.
Yeah... I winced at that too.Is that a typo? I think you added an extra digit.
Unfortunately not. As a voice for moderation at EM I discourage others from following his lead. This dose is roughly 1,000 times natural production, though admittedly oral bioavailability is variable. Is that a typo? I think you added an extra digit.
I have known people who have taken 10mg, which I thought was too high. 60mg is way outside the limits. Vince is a good guy, I'm worried about that dosage though.Unfortunately not. No I take take 60 mg of melatonin. This is why. Plus to upset @CataceousIs that a typo? I think you added an extra digit.
That is wild! I had no idea. I ordered 60mg on Amazon and will try for a few nights. I reckon I've got nothing to lose.No I take take 60 mg of melatonin. This is why. Plus to upset @Cataceous

Melatonin: functional significance for optimal cellular physiology - Prof. Russel Reiter (14/11/19) - Excel Male TRT Forum
My notes. Dr. Russell J. Reiter said he’s taken melatonin for 27 years to protect his mitochondria. He thinks that this protection, and other effects of melatonin, are far superior to what it does for sleep. One of the most important things that it does is to detoxify Reactive Oxygen Species...www.excelmale.com
I wouldn't go that far. There's not much evidence of immediate acute toxicity. But do it for enough years and who knows what will happen. Recall that excessive doses of some antioxidants appear to cause harm over time. I tend to argue that optimal health requires balance. Taking 60 mg a night is extremely unbalanced versus normal physiology..... I ordered 60mg on Amazon and will try for a few nights. I reckon I've got nothing to lose.
Have you ever read the threat?I wouldn't go that far. There's not much evidence of immediate acute toxicity. But do it for enough years and who knows what will happen. The thread? Yes, as it was being formed. Linus Pauling all over again. Somebody decides to focus on one nutrient or hormone as "the answer". Because a little is good, a boatload must be better, right?Have you ever read the threat?
