Vitamins/Supplements to Increase Sleep

I am looking for vitamins/supplements to increase my quality of sleep. I basically have two issues:

1. Some night I have issues with cramping. My arms and legs will get sore/cramped and I will be forced to move, resulting in a lot of tossing and turning.
2. Frequent urination - I will wake up at least once (and sometimes twice) to urinate.

I have had a full round of tests done and nothing was really off except for low ferritin (see my posts in the "Blood Test Discussion" section). Currently I am taking one capsule of NOW Sports Nutrition, ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B-6), one capsule of NOW Supplements, Melatonin, Extra Strength 10 mg, and 5mg of Cialis before bed (along with a multi vitamin, fish oil, and vitamin D during the day). For references, I am 44 male, overall good health, 215lbs, 6'2", in decent shape, lift weights sometimes, never been on any testosterone therapy and only major medical issues are acid reflux and I lost my spleen about 15 years ago. Any ideas what my issues might be and what I might do to improve sleep? Thanks!

I take similar supps to you for sleep:
30 mg zinc/3 mg copper
400 mg magnesium glycinate
2.75 mg melatonin time release

I’m currently trialing DHEA 25 mg before sleep per my doctors request. Last night was the first time and it definitely helped me fall back asleep easier in the middle of the night when I woke up.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
