Relationship Between Estrogen & Spleen Discomfort?

Hmm, so we have very different situations. I am a high-SHBG, high-T, high-E guy. But obviously we may still be experiencing something along the same lines, though my ultrasound did not show any abnormalities with liver/spleen.

I really have no idea if the increased testosterone and estrogen caused any issues with my liver or spleen. I kind of doubt it really.
