Is it alright if I try to inject a full 200mg dose today to make up for it?

I would ignore the 10 mg you did inject and just inject 100 mg, that's 50 units today. Like today is the start.

I have no idea why doubling your dose makes up for undosing yesterday.

You would do better with a 50 cc/ .5ML syringe. A smaller diameter increases the pressure which allows the testosterone oil to flow into it. I frequently pin with the 29 gauge .5 mL syringe and it only takes about 30 seconds or so load my dose. I don’t think you will have success with a 31 gauge 1 ML syringe.
