I'm 25 and i always suspected there was something not quite right about my testosterone. Baby face, no facial hair, low libido(NEVER get morning wood), Apathy, no desire, anxiety, depression, timidness, brain fog

Looking at my results i believe my free test must be pretty low when you look at how high my SHBG is and the fact that my Albumin is closer to the high end of the range.

My estrogen is not looking pretty either.

Can anyone help me make sense of this. Are my observations sensible and do i have cause for concern?

Did you take finasteride, saw palmetto or accutane? I have what you experience from propecia. SHBG now off range high. Let me know...

The estradiol range indicates that you likely ran a non-sensitive assay. Are you outside the US (where it becomes a challenge to find a lab offering the sensitive test).

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
