Estrogen receptor damage from AI

Im fine now took more than 2 year + , and
Infrequent testosterone injection protocol works for me. 0.5ml Sustanon ~e5d. rollercoaster protocol = more aromatization.
Im fine nowadays. I actually got high e2 when last week when i tried test prop eod rollercoaster protocol. of course my aromatisation rate is much much lower than before AI shit, i cant use anything what inhibits aromatisation (zinc, cialis etc) but atleast i can aromatase with rollercoaster protocol.
Men, I’m at loss, i have normal / high e2 levels on paper, but i have terrible e2 crash symptoms, i have been going on for 3 months now, i don't know what to do anymore, i'm at the end, how long did it take you to get better? I need support because these months are putting down, I have never been so bad in my life. I don't see the way out, my life is going to hell

For some reason Beer intake has an increase in Estrogen for most men. I would consider drinking hoppy beer for a few weeks and testing to see if you have detectable estrogen. Its easy and available. Another is the use of Birth control pills, but I have no idea how to dose that.
1 or 2 mg, daily of estradiol valerate. I bought a box a couple of years ago from online pharmacy in India. Never used them but still in my stash. Beer will do it, too. Probably even the Pilsner style beers; Miller, Coors, Corona.

3 months is nothing, took about 2 years to feel normal. It can take very long things to balance out.

I'm sorry for the trouble but, how many months ago you switch from test e e3d to sustanon e5d?

Would you recommend taking test injections to boost estradiol over taking oral valerate? I’ve been seeing some studies of estradiol injections boosting dopamine receptor density in striata of male rats. Not exactly transient data to go off of.
