D-chiro-inositol raises testosterone significantly

It sounds promising as a mild aromatase inhibitor. The only problem is that the 10 subjects were mostly overweight (BMI > 25), although the data doesn't suggest it won't work for normal weights.

Another problem is that it is hard to find pure D-chiro-inositol. What is sold is mainly a mix of Mio and very little D-Chiro.

The pure D-Chiro-Inositol is expensive and the reviews are mostly by women so it is not clear how it plays in real life for men. Studies and real life often differ.

The study was sponsored by LoLiPharma which is an Italian company that promotes/sells Mio and D-Chiro inositol. Studies sponsored by manufacturers or sellers are less trustworthy for obvious reasons.

At the current high price, lack of male reviews, and lack of studies on long term side effects, it is not worth it.

You will be better off with some mild aromatase inhibitor like arimistane or exemestane.
