Cialis effect on estrogen

Seems like Tadafil along with the AI has tanked my E2. I have been taking Tadafil 10mg daily maint dose for a little over two years. I was also taking prescribed AI, twice weekly. My 6 month lab review just a few weeks ago shows my E2 has crashed to almost zero.......my symptoms are achy knees and low libido. The suspicion is the Cialis and the AI together has crashed my E2. We decided to quit using the AI to allow my E2 to get back up to at least 25. It's been a few weeks.......libido has gone back up, the achy knees are still there. I'll get labs again in just a few weeks to see if E2 has gone back up to the desired level.

Interesting. I started taking a daily low dose of Ceebis a while back. Shortly after the addition of Ceebis my need for a low dose AI (.125) went away. I never tied the two events together. I was just happy that I didn't need the AI any longer.

I'll accept the multiple benefits of Tadalafil over taking an AI any day.

There is so much good information on this site.
Low dose AI of .125... how often per week? thx! I am just starting week 3 and teh Anastrozole at 1mg/week is giving me intolerable side effects.

I suppose it could lower E. So why dont you have a few beers and raise your E more efficiently. I dont use an AI, but I do use HCG so my 2.5mg a day is not going to cause me low E. I have noticed that ever since I decided to let my E do its thing, erections are harder and reliable. I drink two glasses of wine most days too, Not sure how much that affects my E levels.

I use 5mg Cialis Daily. I only use arimidex when I have noticible e2 symptoms. However the most I ever use is .25mg one or twice a month.
