Metabolic Syndrome - Cialis increased T From 328 to 546 ng/dl!

Patients with symptoms of metabolic syndrome were given Cialis 5mg daily. Their testosterone increased from 328 to 546 ng/dl! (11.3 - 19 nmol/l)

I have heard of a minor increase in T from cialis but this is quite major and I am thinking that is due to their specific cause of hypogonadism which may be the case for some of us. Anyone have any theories?/further information/ and or experience with this?

Yeah I got it. You know my doctor wrote a prescription but I didn't fill it. I will now.

If anyone is going to be sensitive to and respond well to Cialis, it's me. I probably won't even need a high dosage.

I tried going straight to 5mg a day and got some really bad aches and pain, headaches but I was also getting so hard it was a little worrying. I am slowly titrating up. Starting with 2.5mg 2x then 3x a week for some weeks, aiming for 2.5 mg daily for now.

I am really curious about what mechanism might cause such a significant increase. Perhaps a reduced blood flow to the testes or brain by high cholesterol was the issue that was resolved.

Starting with 2.5mg 2x then 3x a week for some weeks, aiming for 2.5 mg daily for now.

I'll start out EOD (if tolerance is good, if not 2x weekly) and slowly work my way up to daily over weeks. I just got the prescription filled and took my first dosage.

Update: I already feel something after 25 minutes.

Same here. 5mg gave back ache. Planning to shift to 2.5mg but i need to take viagra when i want to have sex apart from daily cialis. Have u ever tried that?

Do you mean taking viagra while on cialis or off? Never tried viagra I might try to get a little in the future to try it out, I think once I am acclimated and i can start taking the Cialis daily without side effects that will be a good solution for me and I will still have room to increase from 2.5mg daily to 5mg daily in the future.

I seem to be tolerating Cialis better than I thought I would, only symptoms are slight chest congestion and cough, slightly stuffy nose at times and a hint of a headache but never progresses into one.

Never tried viagra I might try to get a little in the future to try it out, I think once I am acclimated and i can start taking the Cialis daily without side effects that will be a good solution for me and I will still have room to increase from 2.5mg daily to 5mg daily in the future.

I mean while on cialis 5mg daily.
I am planning to take daily 2.5mg cialis along with viagra when i am about to have sex. Mixing both cialis n viagra. Daily cialis and viagra when needed.

May try to mess with it later down the road at an even lower dose but still trying to get dialed in for the most part.

NP Robotics. Right now I am off Cialis and will test blood again to see if it was actually what was going on. My protocol below did not change the month that I started taking the Cialis. I had elevated cholesterol and glucose before starting TRT, but that may have been because my lifestyle was less than healthy. I did not have any other symtoms mentioned in the study that were very pronounced.
