The benefits of long term use of Cialis

I read that Cialis has a mild affect on blood pressure, however I’ve noticed a significant reduction in blood pressure, 134/78->104/64 and a second reading of 100/57 on 5 mg daily.

My energy levels on and off are night and day! Cialis get rid of my cold feet, brain fog and mild fatigue which began after stopping Jardiance.

I personally did not experience much benefit from cialis. that day might come when I age (44 now). i got no ED. i got high BP (under control with telmisartan 40mg) but cialis doesn't do much for it. my crp is already 0.
all it does it makes my (chronic) sinusitis worse and gives me back ache on occasion at 5mg or higher. 2.5 doesn't seem to be too bad...
i think the benefits of this drug are highly individual based on your personal health markers

It’s similar to the difference between a guy starting TRT with a baseline of 200 ng/dL to a guy starting from 350-400 ng/dL. The guy with a baseline of 200 ng/dL will typically show a more significant improvement.

after my last negative post, i can report that after multiple tries I am back to using it 2-3x at 10mg. I get 0 back pain issues any longer. it has a mild negative effect on my chronic sinusitis, but it is manageable. the effects last about 24h max for me. the major drawback is frequent nighttime erections to the point of nighttime awakenings or random sex at 3am (wife does not complain). 10mg is the dose to go for me.
also, if you look to get it cheap - marc cuban pharmacy has it for 15usd 90pills 20mg, out of pocket cost. it does not get cheaper. most docs will give you an rx. just ask to send to cuban electronically.

not sure why you would want to pay a penny more, use reliablerx or anything. this is literally a fucking year supply at 15 usd. go to your general doc to get an RX.

I am getting the 100 mg viagra tablets. Isn't this waaaaay too much, how can i break this down into 10 mg pieces evenly does it work like that if i chop it up, I imagine not but anyone else use 100mg or 50 mg per dose?
