Blood work results, Defy initial consult coming up

Long time lurker, first post. Just got back my lab results, waiting on consult with Defy. 44 year old male having trouble building muscle and toning. 5'6'', 155 lbs, skinny fat. Realized that DHT and Prolactin were not added to the blood test as requested, I do take finasteride 1mg EOD. What do you think?

Free T isn't great but I doubt there's a real justification for TRT based on the numbers alone, most guys would like to have numbers like yours.
If anything get off the Finasteride...google "Post Finasteride Syndrome".

What concerns me is the estrogen at 12.2, free estrogen percentage and the fact SHBG is on the higher end. When I read the line about being on Finasteride, my heart skipped a beat. I would at the very least stop Finasteride and then if nothing improves consider TRT.

Finasteride can cause HPTA dysfunction so it's hard to recommend TRT at this point.

Thanks for both your replies. I've been on finasteride almost 15 years for hair loss, this year I decided to change to EOD because of some of the stories I've read on this forum. Thankfully, I have not had any of the sexual side effects. Let me read up on discontinuing use altogether.
