Advice on TRT lab levels - high estradiol and hematocrit

@madman,

The Xyosted 1 week holiday was a direct order from Dr. Basil Kaaki Baylor Collage of Medicine group. I understand your position but had to weigh this out and went with Dr. Basil orders the one week holiday I noticed and felt a slight decrease in energy and challenged me physically especially towards the last few days before my next injection I am fairly strong mentally anything longer would have been more difficult but made it through not sure how low my TT -FT went. I donated the 1 pint of blood also during the holiday. I am in agreement with you on the OSA and now starting the CPAP therapy each day, as you suggested along with others, hopefully this will bring the Hematocrit down to at least below 50. I have higher E2 47 that I will need to deal with later I might try DIMM supplement do you know this supplement? What is your thoughts on using the supplement? For now, I am more concerned about the Hematocrit. How long will it take the Hematocrit to lower? @Lance69 that's a good protocol what does the HCG cost? what size needle do you use?
Thanks @madman for your post and reply I look towards your response.
"Reach Your Goals"

You should see a drop in the hematocrit within a week after starting CPAP but it will still take 3-4 months to see the full effects due to the lifespan RBCs.

I'd appreciate any advice on my labs.

I am on the Crisler protocol. 25 units HCG on Tues Wed, .8cc Test cyp 200mg/ml on Thurs.

Low libido wood issues persist.

My Labs - pre Thurs testo shot:

RBC - 6.58
Hemoglobin - 19.5
Hematocrit - 60.0
Testosterone - 700
Estradiol - 54.1
PSA - 1.9

Thanks to the resident experts for any input.
Your hematocrit of 60 and hemoglobin of 19.5 are dangerously high and are the biggest issue in your labs. That alone can cause low libido, erection problems, headaches, and poor circulation. Your testosterone around 700 isn’t low, so that’s not the cause. Your estradiol at 54 is also elevated and could be contributing to sexual symptoms. Overall this looks less like “low T” and more like TRT side effects, especially high red blood cell production plus possibly high estrogen.
