Telmisartan impact on TRT

Are you currently taking Cialis? If not, ask your Doc to prescribe you 5mg daily. Besides the erection benefits, it's very good for the prostate and helps to lower BP. Also, ask for a prescription of low dose Doxazosin (1-2 mg). This is another multi-purpose drug that is great for prostate and BP.

The synergy between the drugs really helps to bring BP down and the other added benefits are a real plus.

hydrochlorothiazide is notorious for causing ED symptoms. Try natural diuretics instead:

Also, give Olmsartan a try (Benicar). This has been the absolute best BP drug I have tried. Zero side effects and very effective.
Thanks for the feedback. I do 5 mg cialis daily along with citruline 6 mg a day. I probably need to do 40 mg of Telmisartan and a low dose of another drug to bring my systolic down without tanking my diastolic

diuretics are very bad choices for BP. I've had lifelong BP issues and it has been stable lately. even on a T cycle (300-400mg/week) it does not go up. this is weight loss, workouts, diet as well as pharma ofc.
pharma wise, i settled on 40mg telmisartan, 5mg nebivolol, 5mg cialis. telmisartan is great but does not scale well in my exp and there is potential risks. nebivolol with telmi is the absolute perfect combo, and I was even surprised my mom was put on it (EU - very widespread combo/pill). the cialis doesn't do much for BP but it is a great addition
