Did you switch to a different prescription or stop altogether and how is that affected peeing at night?
I found Flomax (Tamsulosin) to be a terrible drug for me. The side effects were horrible, including retrograde ejaculation and delayed orgasm sometimes anorgasmia; along with the other side effects commonly associated with Flomax. And, I did not find that it improved my BPH symptoms. When I switched to 5mg tadalafil daily along with 4 mg of terazosin I no longer had those issues. Everyone is different though.

Question for Gene and others doing the stack:

I'm assuming the bed time dose is taken right before sleep. What time is that appx?

How many hours before that is your last meal of the day?

Thanks!

I didn’t follow Gene’s srack ingredients, I omitted the last three items, but the results were still pretty amazing. I was having some issues with erections from Trimix not lasting long enough, so I augmented with 50 mg of viagra and increased the Trimix from 20 to 40 ml. That worked ok, with the ingredients in Gene’s stack wow! I think in the future I can omit the viagra and reduce the Trimix to 20 ml. My blood pressure was 104/58 scary low. My normal blood pressure is 140/70. Not bad for 91.

I think I should be more specific about what I omitted from Gene’s stack. Horny goat weed, pycnogenol, Doxazosi. I plan on adding the horny goat weed and cialis.

After 6 years of having ED issues and believing it was mostly due to inadequate testosterone levels etc. I tried 5mg of cialis... and I was more touchy feely with my girl than ever before. Point being... forget about erection strength etc... what does it actually do for you mentally? Does it increase Nitric Oxide?

When I tried Cialis about 3 years ago (20 mg version) it gave me massive upper leg pains. Hard to describe... just constant aches for 24 hours straight. While I was just concentrating on erection strength... I never concentrated on other areas of the body... as to what this pill gives you.

The funny thing with the 5mg version of Cialis and even the 2.5 mg version.... I don't necessarily feel "in the mood" right after taking the pill. I actually feel more in the mood the day after. And minimal to zero side effects the day after. For example... even the 5mg version gives me headaches now... right after taking it. But 24 hours later headaches are gone... and it still gives you a decent erection.

I'm a true believer that low Nitric Oxide levels cause more issues with ED than anything else. If only we could take these crazy side effects out of the equation... it's a wonder drug. As for over the counter supplements like L-Arginine and L-Citrulline it doesn't give me anything except massive side effects. At least I know Cialis works with low doses... now only if I could dial this in more... with no side effects. Anyone know how to reduce or eliminate the side effects?

My entire life I've never had side effects to anything. Funny how we get older.... everything bothers you. lol smh. Life is crazy. But everyone should be looking closely into Nitric Oxide levels.

Lots of things can increase nitric oxide. You can even test yourself simply, safely and affordably at home with nitric oxide (sic) test strips.

You may be able to take a daily 2.5 mg and your symptoms may go away after a few weeks.

You may have to add some nutritional supplements to get your nitric oxide to an optimal level in addition to using the Cialis.

I use 5mg and initially I got terrible low back pain, but it went away after a week or so , so perhaps your headaches will diminish as well. Good luck with it.

What nutritional supplements do you recommend? Tx

I ordered a bunch of 20MG Cialis and I'm not sure what I'm getting out of it. i still end up more often than not trying a 100MG Sildenafil or one of the under the tongue versions, (like 125MG).

I view these things as hacks right now trying to get it straight so it's not a huge deal. Also I have Trimix and seems like a minimum of .10 ml gets me going but sometimes a little too hard as it hurts a bit (Girthy as hell).

But my girlfriend, 20 years my juinor goes nuts when I do Trimix. I want to lower my Trimix but hate wasting a "shot day" to find out I didn't use enough. Everything else I take seems hit and miss or time of day. My weight is the lowest it's been 30 years. Right about 210, 6'-1/2". Sometimes I don't need anything particularly early in the morning or mid-afternoon.

Looks like for the NO benefits 20 MG Cialis is probably too much then is that how most of you handle this?

20 mg can be a bit much. I talke 2.5 mg. or 5 mg. Both doses- along with maybe 10 or 20 mgs viagra can do the trick for me

I started researching and taking NO boosters a couple of months ago, so take my input with a grain of salt.
I came upon a researcher/promoter named Nathan S. Bryan. He is a PHD that worked with the gentleman who discovered NO.
Apparently there are two (at least) pathways for the body to product Nitric Oxide. I don't recall the specific names but one path is through the endothelium, and that pathway uses Arginine. According to some published studies however, taking Arginine orally is not an effective way to boost NO because the stomach breaks down the Arginine and it therefore cannot be used to make NO. L-Citrulline converts to Arginine (I think in the Kidneys) and is much more bioavailable than Arginine taken orally.

The other path is the Nitrate-Nitrite path and converts nitrates consumed in foods into nitrites. Those nitrites make their way to the mouth (though saliva?) and if the mouth flora is in good order, will convert to NO.

The problem, according to Bryan, is that mouth flora is killed by fluoride. This eliminates the effectiveness of the Nitrate-Nitrite path to creating NO.

Bryan has a product (of course he does) that chemically creates NO in your mouth as it dissolves. Without the need for any bodily support other than saliva.

So I started taking that lozenge a month ago along with L-citrulline and fermented beet root powder.

Note: I've been on 10mg Cialis for a couple of years.

Morning: Lozenge
Mid-afternoon or preworkout: Fermented beet root powder and L-Citrulline
Evening: Lozenge

My goals are improved health/cardiac function/longevity. There is a lot of research on NO that seems to point to it's lack as the causal or contributing effect to many or most aging related diseases.

I hope this was useful in some way. Apologies if I rambled.

I also take 500mgs of arginine almost daily and I have seen a boost. Maybe it is slightly bioavailable?
