I think if we are using supplements then it is necessary to take exercises daily. Supplements may boost up the growth our body but if we leave our exercising routine then it is very hard to maintain our body shape and body strength. Some time it is very useful to check our weight so that we can asses our self that in which direction we are going.

I use it just like Gene recomended, in the morning, before training and at bed time, no problem at all with my sleep. If I managed the situation properly I can engage on a good loving section at night and it happens a few times already I get an attack in the morning too. She said thatit's just testing me. If tadalafil and horny goat weed are both PDE5 inhibitors why not just take more of the tadalafil and leave the horny goat weed out? Does the horny goat weed have something that the tadalafil doesn't?

Horny Goat Weed, while a natural PDE5i, is not nearly as powerful at Tadalafil.

This is a stack, in other words, the compounds here work synergistically with each other.

The result of that is a much more positive and powerful effect as opposed to using just one or two of the compounds.

Guys, I had convinced my husband to take this stack minus Rx stuff. He just won't take cialis.
He took it as specified for 2 days. Had side effects that prompted him to stop.
His blood pressure had dropped a bit low for him, he became very fatigue, muscles in his limbs suddenly became very weak.
Also, the veins on his penis started protruding(like ones on pictures), which is not normal for him.

What can it be? Overdose? He did take this stuff before but not in this amount (about 3 times less Arginine and Citrulline).
Did anyone have similar outcome?

on the side note (please don't laugh at my ignorance), protruding veins - is it desirable? If yes - why? they look so scary....

Well well...sounds like he got a great response! Yes, for most of us the effect he got is why we take this stack.

For me, I weight train seriously so the massive vascularity and hard pumps is what I want and it lasts a long time!

Many many health benefits for the aging man as well not discounting great erections

My husband did not get change in erections, just change of the penis look. Plus weakness and fatigue...
He is not weight lifter, so probably he did overdose....

I have no idea why he got weak and fatigued from taking this stack as it shouldn't do that...but each man is different so who knows.

He should have gotten better erections from how he responded.

Gene I've tried several products in the past, and your stack looks awesome! Having said that, I am curious. For simplicity are there any "pre made" supplements or stacks on the market that you have had any good experience with. Only thinking of a way to cut down some on the number of things im taking in a day. By your photo this works great, but is there maybe a product you've used that contains many or at least several of your ingredients ?

There are many pre-work out powders that increase NO that you can buy but many don't have near the levels of the key amino acids that my stack has. Plus many of those pre-work out powders have stimulants that some may not want.

If you wanted to cut down my stack the two most important are:

1. 5 mg of Cialis before bed and once again in the afternoon.
2. L-Arginine and L-Citrulline twice a day along with the Cialis.

These three when combined have a very strong NO increasing effect in the body.

Reading back I see mention of horny goat weed having similar effect. Is that the best natural alternative to Cialis ? Other than increasing erections is there other benefit?

If you get the 20 mg pills you can only cut them once to get to 10 mg.

If that is the case, go to a good drug store and buy a pill cutter.

Cut the 20 mg into two 10 mg. Tae 10 mg before bed each night.

While not at optimal at 5 mg every 12 hours with a 16 hour half life of the drug you will still get the subjective benefits.
