I would consider lowering my testosterone dose increase the HCG amount and supplement with DHEA and pregnenolone. Before you started trt, were you primary or secondary?Thanks for the quick response.
Here are my most recent labs. My protocol is 3x weekly MWF 66.6mg Test and 2x weekly 250 units of HCG.

While I am aware that the clinic is using the wrong E2 test, when I first started TRT, my E2 was as high as 42.3. They do not routinely test SHBG, however I did have it tested and it was low. Sorry I don't have any numbers of the test result.

Let's assume all things being equal,(just humor me)what would be the likely cause for low E2 with no inhibitors taken for high E2???
