Another E2 dialin thread

Hey guys, i have struggled dialing in my estrogen and i seek some advice from you guys. I've done numerous blood tests so i know roughly where i'm at in estrogen by feel, but you might not like that answer. Either way. Where i'm from TRT is done with nebido and arimidex is not something you get unless you ask for it. So the doctor has basically no clue on this.

If i take too much arimidex i reach a point where i'm crashed. Dried out, don't feel so good. Flaky scalp and so on.

Then if i stop taking arimidex, i quickly reach a sweet spot. And it's all good at this point, i'm not taking any arimidex, i feel good, i wish to stay here.

But if i try a lower dose, i either crash or eventually feel like i'm too high in E2 instead. I have at one point lowered my dose alot and had a E2 that showed at around 70pg/ml. I'm just unsure what to do at this point.

Even if i would settle for a certain dose and wait 2weeks. And take a estrogen test. I won't know if i should be too low or too high or where to go from there. As the sweet spot seems to have no logic to me whatsoever.

I reach it when i stop taking arimidex, and if i try any kind of lower dose to stay there, it just doesn't work. I'm perplexed. This has caused me to basically constantly jump from low arimidex dose to high arimidex dose. Like a constant loop. I take too much, stop taking it. Start taking a low dose. Then increase it. And then stop taking it. Rinse repeat. It's geting abit tiresome so if anyone has any advice i would deeply apritiate it.

This limits your options, maybe you can inject at lower doses, more often.

It sounds like you’re lowering your testosterone to bring down the E2, but then are having symptoms from lower testosterone thinking it’s high E2 and maybe T:E2 ratios out of whack or estrogen dominance.

Cialis changes T:E2 ratios, by inhibiting the conversion of T -> E2, so at the vary least it should be part of your TRT protocol.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
