TRT and health tracking (e.g. sleep) with smart ring (oura)

Are here people who use smart rings to track the effects of trt on sleep, hrv etc...? Or does anybody know if there groups, forums etc?

Got oura ring and I am eager now to improve my sleep. Also courious what other things such a ring would be helpful for.

I (m37, 25mg t prop, 150 IU hcg) tried this ring for the first time and had a sleep efficiency of 71%. lowest heart rate was 66. average hfv 31 ms.

You use the oura ring to identify relationships between the things you are doing in your life and your sleep, heart rate, HRV, etc. You see how things are currently, then something changes: you drink alcohol close to bedtime, you change your TRT dose, you stop drinking coffee, whatever it might be, and a corresponding effect will appear in your oura ring data. Now you have a new understanding that informs your decision-making.

I'm not aware of any group using oura rings that are on TRT.
