Estradiol: 64.2. (since this result, I started taking arimidex .5 mg (1/2. tablet) twice per week
Testosterone total: 1,190

Testosterone free: 25.6

What is the best range for best results?

I know the estrogen was too high, so my doctor prescribed a arimidex

Thank you

That’s a question only you can answer. I can tell you what’s best for me because I went through trial and error process in order to figure it out.

I’ve had my estrogen between 28 and 70, I can’t say I didn’t feel any different on the high or low end.

Genetics plays a part in all of this, some men are genetically screwed and need estrogen on the lower end which is difficult to achieve on exogenous testosterone.

You knew your estrogen was high prior to or after you viewed your labs?

Assuming you have a normal SHBG, your through testosterone (the lowest lever before the next dose) should be in the middle of the normal range, not at the high end or above it.

If your SHBG is too high or too low, you have to apply the above but for the free testosterone.

If your trough free testosterone is in the middle of the normal range, most probably you won't need aromatase inhibitor.
