Hi all! Just wanted to know does anyone have any established protocol to recover from persistent low e2 symptoms even after estrogen levels being back to normal after crashing them from ai?? In my case I crashed my e2 from armidex/anastrazole.
Have read over here that injectable e2 valerate is one solution to recover but for some that also doesn't work. Some recover from taking finasterside?! Just want to discuss the possible solutions and protocols to come out of this mess. Would appreciate to know all of your stories/anecdotes/ solutions to counter this problem. Let's discuss please?
