Male...gaining slight fat with cellulite in thighs all of a sudden even with normal lab results

Hi all..I have come to this forum just to ask a simple question in case anyone can have answers. What would be the reason why a few months before my 33rd birthday which was in May, have I been gaining thigh fat and putting on cellulite all down my thighs like a woman?
I ran blood tests and my Total T measured at 520 ng/dl (Granted..I took the test on slightly low sleep and was a little stressed)..E2 at 75 PMOL and Free T at 13.9 from a range of 4.5 to 19. I have not done anything different to my diet and I am gaining cellulite which is extremely off putting to say the least. My legs use to be tight feeling and now they are flabby. Even while lowering a little weight (I am not a big guy even so by any means.. 5ft6 and went from 150 to now 136 lbs) I still see the same cellulite. I also started from this year gaining fat by the arm pit region and chest.
Can anyone say for certain, if, given blood test results appear normal, can someone still be having high E2 issues? Thanks.

High estrogen would decrease fat storage, low estrogen would increase fat storage and redistribute it to the thighs, hips, and chest.

Maybe some DHEA would increase your estrogen a bit.

Are you taking any medications or supplements?

Really? Low estrogen increases fat storage? I must definitely research that. That is new and interesting to me. Youve given me something to research. Umm as for medications I actually take high blood pressure meds since my mid twenties (Think it perhaps maybe genetic) and I have been on Gabapentin since last year for nerve damage from a devastating bodybuilding injury I sustained to my left leg 4 years ago. As for supplements, I take ZMC (zinc..mag..calcium), feroglobin for iron and b vitamins and a low dose aspirin once a week. I recently started taking DIM about 2 weeks ago to see if it would flush out or balance estrogen better.
