I want to start cjc-1295 no dac+ipa but I don’t know where to buy from. I’ve seen a a lot of people saying transcend labs is good. I thought I should get other opinions.

Another thing I was wondering was if GHK-cu has a negative affect on natural igf-1 levels??

Thats a good combo. You can buy it premixed together or separately. I prefer separately myself as I can adjust the dosage of each as I need to.

Peptide Sciences is the best choice. They are reliable and you know what you are getting. There is a lot of junk that comes out of China which is why you see some peptide sites with ridiculously low prices. To be fair, there are also some very good Chinese products, but they aren't cheap.

GHK-Cu and IGF-1 Levels

Overview of GHK-Cu

GHK-Cu (Glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine copper peptide) is a naturally occurring peptide known for its various biological activities, including wound healing and anti-inflammatory properties. It plays a significant role in tissue repair and regeneration.

Relationship with IGF-1

While GHK-Cu is recognized for its regenerative effects, there is limited direct evidence regarding its impact on Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1) levels. IGF-1 is a hormone that plays a crucial role in growth and development, particularly in muscle and bone health.

Mechanisms of Action

GHK-Cu primarily functions by:

  • Modulating Inflammation: It reduces pro-inflammatory cytokines, which can indirectly influence IGF-1 levels.
  • Promoting Tissue Repair: By enhancing collagen synthesis and attracting immune cells, GHK-Cu supports healing processes that may involve IGF-1.

Conclusion

Currently, there is no strong evidence to suggest that GHK-Cu directly lowers IGF-1 levels. Its primary functions are related to tissue repair and inflammation modulation. Further research is needed to clarify any direct relationship between GHK-Cu and IGF-1.
