HCG + Clomid or HCG only ?

I am 46 years old and I`ve been on TRT for around 7 years.
I decided to try and stop TRT because It has been mostly ok but I struggle with libido and sensitivity down there as well as difficulty ejaculating and reaching orgasm although my testosterone was quite OK between always between 700 - 900. Tried TRT with and without AI although my E2 was never alarmingly high just based on these symptoms and sometimes some niple sensitivity and pain but without ginecomastia. I used anastrazol 0,25 gm twice per week first continually and later on demand. Sometimes it seemed to help sometimes it would make no difference.
I also tried to add HCG last 3 month before reducing my testosterone dose and eventually quitting TRT. HCG seemed to help a little with orgasm and to have a little more seminal fluid because I lost a lot of my semen volume on TRT. HCG was used at and I experimented different dosages from 250ui / 500ui / and 750ui 3 times/week.

It has been 6 month since I stopped TRT and my total T is 307ng/dl.
Free T - 5.90pg/dl
E2- 26pg/ml
SHBG - 40.19 nmol/l

I feel flat, lowered libido, less confident and Iess of a man and week in the gym.

Still taking 25mg clomid a day and I was actually taking 50mg a day when I did these last bloods that gave total T of 307ng/dl.

I`m thinking of trying HCG only at 750ui every other day what do you guys think?

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
