All of the rest is pretty relative. Am I what I was when I was in my 20's? Nope but I understand that I am 65, not in my 20's.

4. How is your libido/desire for sex? Either rate out of 10, or describe in your own words. - 10 we have very intense sex 2-3 times a week.

Not sure if I am exception but at 65, if I can still satisfy my wife who still chases me around the house, I am OK with it. Don't need Viagra or Cialis to get the job done. I didn't start TRT because of ED or low libido, I started it because my system was shut down from long use and started feeling a lack of energy being off. Normal to me is using testosterone. I am unwilling to go though life being listless and no energy, nor having a typical 65 year old body. Never had sex issues in my life and I have had a much more than active life. No doubt this is very abnormal. At least I have managed to stay married and not stray for 25 year. Of course the right sexual partner helps that greatly. I find my wife just as attractive and just as desirable as the 1st time I met her.

Absolutely! now I am 6'1" 250LBS very little body fat (<10%) and very muscular. I quit competing in 2011 and am down from a competition weight of about 290lbs. Hence the name.

• if you dose every 3.5 days, on the days you inject later in the day, does it affect your sleep? Not that I have noticed but I have not slept well in years. Progesterone seems to be helping with that however.

Not any different than how good testosterone made me feel like mentally and mood wise. But it has done wonderful in the chronic pain department my shoulder bursitis is history

If I recall you inject subq. Where do you inject? Also, do you combine the T and HCG in one syringe or use two? Tx

Interesting on the Arimidex. How long have you done this and how hard was it to find the right dosing schedule? Did symptoms prompt you to start it, labs or both?

I started taking Arimidex even before starting TRT due to breast/nipple pain due to high estradiol. Since getting my testosterone level up I haven’t has as much of an issue with estradiol. However, I take the smallest possible dose 1/4 pill as soon as I notice a hint of breast/nipple pain. That’s usually only once every two to three weeks. Another symptom of high estradiol that I get is lack of sexual sensitivity and delayed orgasm. If these occurs I take Arimidex even if I haven’t had breast/nipple pain.

Hi, @BJE , I am 53, being on trt for 6 years.
I have been changing the protocol from time to time and when things were not going well cialis 5mg solved the problem, then when the protocol changed again cialis was not needed. Over time I started taking daily cialis which was amazing, then changed the protocol again for fertility (much more HCG) and daily cialis is not good enough so I started adding viagra 25mg before sex. Now I add viagra 50mg (some times need 100mg) and of course sex is great with that, but for me it sucks having to add more PDE5i, I'm afraid one day nothing will work, (my wife is only 30 y/o, I need to be OK many years!)
I assess my protocol as succesful for libido and sexual performance when I don't need cialis or viagra. A year and a half ago I was using 75 mg Testosterone cypionae once weekly and HCG 250 IU every 3.5 days (no AI, nothing else) libido was great, some times I came awake in the meddle of the night for the need of sex, and no cialis or viagra were needed.
Once I get my young wife pregnant, I'll come back to that original protocol with the hope of needing less PDE5i.

Libido still the issue for me. many things did help a bit but no constant good libido. It Mainly comes when changing hcg dosage.

Got some improvement with B12 and other stuff but I thing last. Still trying.

Similar to low t symptoms, with cialis or viagra it get solved desire libido is the issue.
