Switched from shots to scrotal cream

I have been on test cyp injections for years. 6 mg daily. After seeing Defy for the first time and having some labs they suggested I try scrotal cream. My DHT was super low at 7 prior to starting the cream! So I’m on Empower compounded T cream at 200mg/ml for about 2 weeks. I do feel like I got my mojo back. Increased libido substantially. The Dr said to start with 1 click daily to the scrotum and I can increase to 2 clicks if I don’t feel better. Just curious what dose most guys are on with the scrotal creams.
I was on a low dose of the test cyp prior because anything higher than 6mg would raise my HCT. I’m hoping I have better luck with the creams

I assume you switched to cream to increase DHT which cream usually does? How were you feeling on injections?

What was your TT or fT on this 42mg TC per week?

Hope the cream works for you wrt not raising hct (too much).

I believe cream does not raise HCT as much as injections do

I think that if one applies the cream twice daily, keeping levels stable that it will raise hct almost as high as with injections when the accumulated T dose is comparable.

I agree. If you are trying to minimize hematocrit increase with topical you'll want to apply only once daily in the morning. We see men applying in this manner reach > 1,000 ng/dL total T at the peak and yet still have detectable LH levels > 1 IU/L due to the overnight trough.

I had added cream to injections initially to treat low DHT (low 5AR activity) and it did wonders, I eventually went to all cream and no injections. I get fantastic levels of T/FT/DHT. I do mostly scrotum but will go a click on the arm, upper chest, or deltoid. It hasn't been a cure all I still have a lot of conversion to E which I am very sensitive to even a little E but many other things are as good as they've ever been.

how many clicks do you use and to you apply once or twice daily?

What changes did you notice with cream? did you add in any neurosteriods with your protocol, dhea or preg?
