I am 45 years old male and since last year started having ED issues. My first doctor prescribed me Viagra 100 mg and it worked super well. However, my second doctor asked me to drop viagra and take the 5 mg tadalafil pills daily since she said I am in good health and didn't need a heavy dose. it didn't work in helping me with ED. Doctor asked me to up it to 10 mg and that didn't help either. The doctor asked me to drop back to 5mg and work with partner communication and different sexual techniques. I explained to my doctor that I can't frustrate my girlfriend anymore and can I just return to my original prescription of viagra. however the doctor was adamant that I should keep trying the 5 mg tadalafil. I am super frustrated and anticipate sex in the next couple of days and can't get viagra without a prescription. Can I just take 4 pills of 5 mg tadalafil and expect the same effect as 20 mg tadalafil?

Yes you can take four tablets of 5 mg of Cialis and get the same results as taking 20 mg of Cialis. Personally, I think Viagra does a better job.

I buy my ED meds from India.

Yes it would be the same, but you’ll run out of your prescription too quickly and the bigger problem is that you have a bad doctor. I’d recommend finding a new one.

Curious as to why India? So 5mg pill is just a smaller version of the 20 mg pill. It's ingredients and composition are all exactly same as the 20mg. Will there be any more pronounced side effects?

I buy them from reliable RX. You don't need a script, price is good, you can buy as many as you want, plus it's pretty quick delivery.
