HCG to combat testicular atrophy and low libido

Thanks for the advice. I will up the DHEA to 50mgs/day. I added the 25mgs about 4 weeks ago and I have definitely seen *some* return of libido which I am really appreciating and enjoying. I am hoping it will continue to improve by increasing the does to 50 mgs.
I have a question regarding the HCG. Should I be using this indefinitely as long as I am on T, or can I cycle on and off of the HCG? Also, any suggestions on where to buy it? I have just been getting Pregnyl from my regular pharmacy but I am curious if I would be better off with a compounded product.
As far as my vegan diet, I have done my soul searching and I will be vegan for the rest of my life. I have a decade plus of excellent health and perfectly normal libido while being vegan, so my guess is that is not what has destroyed my libido (although I understand that diet does play a role in it). I know my low iron is a result of my diet and I will be taking infusions for that and hopefully that will also improve the situation.
Thanks again for your feedback and suggestions. I do appreciate it.
As far as HCG goes, I don't know any reason not to stay on it if it is giving you benefit, assuming you are on a moderate dose. There was a clinic (the one bought by Tony Robbins IIRC) that recommended coming off for a month or two every year because they felt there was a risk of developing an allergy to it, but that is not a common view. I have been on HCG for around 8 years but I come off if for a few weeks if I am travelling and don't expect to have consistent access to a refrigerator, partially just to check and see if anything has changed with how my body is processing it that I was unaware of. Kisspeptin is another option but it has not been around long enough to have a lot of long-term user feedback.

Regarding sourcing, the option for compounding was taken away several years ago in the US, but hopefully that option will return. There are other threads on here about sourcing from India and elsewhere, which seems to be a viable option.

The reason I was questioning cycling off the HCG was solely because of the expense. I am paying about $300 for 10,000 IU, although the last time I bought it I did find a discounted price of $180 with one of the Rx Discount cards. Not sure if I'll be able to get that price again.

Ask your provider to send the prescription in to Optum pharmacy. That’s where I get it and it’s always around $125 for 10,000 ius.

I keep hearing vegans tell me that the plant based diet is the optimal diet. Imagine trying a diet like this 10,000 years ago with no supplements in existence.

I was going to get an order in to Reliable but see many of the brands are sold out. Some others had negative reviews. Is there a particular one you favored, Vince?

Corion is sold out, but they still have other brands. I have used the Fertigyn before and have no complaints. They also have Puretrig @ 40% off.

You need to sign in to see all the products.

I use my checking account. Some use their credit card, I have used my credit card but I mostly use my checking account.

Very strange thing with ReliableRx. I loaded the items in the cart but did not proceed to checkout at the time. The next day, I got a text message from someone named Alex stating he noticed items in my cart and he would be available to assist with payment. The text message came from phone number with 213 area code (LA, I think). I did go back later and complete the order through the Reliable website. Nothing else odd as yet.

Reliable RX is an Indian website with a bit of an off-color reputation because they sell things without a script. There used to be warning screen that popped up stating they were not an "authorized" or "legitimate" pharmacy. Their methods are not mainstream, but their products are just fine. I used to get calls from them trying to sell me Viagra until I became angry enough that the actual owner called me to apologize.

Would a person rather use brand name HCG like Pregnyl, Ovidrel or Novarel? Yes. I have a script for Pregnyl and it costs me 180.00 a month. I do fill it most of the time, but all brand name HCG goes out of stock a lot. I can buy a years' worth of a decent product from Reliable for a hundred bucks.

They are aggressive salespeople, that is a downside. But they have things that you can't easily get elsewhere for great prices.

I have been using them for close to 20 years.
