Seeking advice before my Dr appointment on my request for DHEA and Pregnenolone prescription

Hi. I emailed my Dr this weekend to ask if i could get a prescription for DHEA and Pregnenolone and, now she has put me up for an appoinment at the clinic this Thursday July 3. It's very strict here in Norway and i guess my odds of getting a prescription on any is around 1/10. Not because she does not agree with me and would like to give it to me but, it's from the government and down they are careful to hand out things like HCG and, i guess it's the same with dhea and Preg. Asked her about HCG before and then she agreed that it could be beneficial but could not give it to me.


My problem is that i'm currently on ca 500 iu of HCG, taken twice a week (Saturday and Wednesday) and i have ben taking Pregnenolone in powder form the last 3-4 weeks that i bought from bulksupplements.com - I think i'm taking around 30-40mg 2x a day (hard to measure the concentration of the powder even though i bought a scale to measure and make my capsules)

She does not know that i'm taking either of them and i guess she will draw blood to check my current levels.

Should i postpone the appointment so that my levels go as far down as possible before i eventually draw blood? Took last shot of HCG Saturday 2 days ago and my last capsule of Preg this morning.

If so. How long should i ask her to postpone the appointment?

Regarding my levels of Preg and dhea. I got my previous doctor at the same clinic to test me for it on 20.09.2021 and this was the result that time. Think i had been on TRT for around 4 years at that time.

Are you only taking 500 IU hCG alone twice per week? That's not enough to bring T up above 400 ng/dL.

What was your goal when starting? Treating low T, low sperm? Please explain.

Hi. No, i'm also on Testosterone Enanthate and i inject both T and HCG the same time. My doc don't know that i'm also on HCG. I have a prescription for the testosterone and have had that for 8-9 years but, i'm now also trying to get a prescription for Pregnenolone (and i want to try DHEA) because i feel that Pregnenolone helps with the libido too. Hmm. My question is more related to if i should postpone the appointment my Doc has put me up for on Thursday July 3 because, i'm afraid the levels of DHEA and Preg is elevated with my current use of HCG and Preg. If the levels are high in the bloodwork it gives her a reason to say that i don't need it. If my Doc want's to take a bloodsample of me on July 3, it's too early for my levels of DHEA and Preg to come down within then. I think i have to call the office tomorrow and ask for a later appointment. It's illegal to buy or use DHEA and Preg without a prescription here in Norway so i realy need a prescription for it.

I would postpone. Also, if you want upstream hormones to come up low on blood tests, stay only on TRT. Stop hCG, pregnenolone, and DHEA and wait at least 4 weeks to get the blood tests.
