Well, I am no expert, so only have my experience and accounts of others

3 mg would be way too much for a first dose. I am doing my 5th or 6th experiment spread over 3 months. Last 3 were 2mg, and I have seen reports that some people end up on a higher dose.

Like any tolerance build up, I would expect it to reset over time. At least I haven't heard anything about permanent tolerance. It's been around quite a while now.

Yeah, I wasn't thinking permanent tolerance, just should only be a Saturday night thing - so 4-5 times a month. I will probably try .5mg at first. Then following week 1mg and go up by .5mg a week.

I've been experimenting too. I previously tried 100, 200 and 500 mcg without noticing much of anything. I just tried 1 mg midday yesterday and noted an impressive erection for much of the night, much more prominent than usual. Minimal difference in libido. No obvious side effects.

I see the official recommendation for Vyleesi is no more than once per day and no more than 8 times per month. The dosage is 1.75mg.

If this works for me, I can see it being weekend thing. I am hoping it does - I forget what it's like to feel that way.

And why wouldn't you want to dilute with 2ml of bacteriostatic water and inject twice as much. I think that would make it easier to get that lost dose. Trying to completely empty a bottle to nothing is impossible with a syringe.

Received the PT-141. Tried .5mg last night before bed. No effect on erections during night. Occasionally felt some peace, but I have been thru a very rough time and that isn't helping anything.

Will try 1mg on Friday or Saturday.

Hope this works, Been forever.

The experiment continues. Injected 1mg about 45 minutes ago. This time felt nausea for a bit and red face flushing. Both have subsided a bit. Gonna take a shower and head to the bar across the street. Hope I feel something from this tonight.

Well, 5 hours in and nothing other than the original flushing and mild nausea. I guess I try 1.25mg next weekend. Vylessi dose is 1.75mg for women, so will go up by .25mg per week and see if anything happens by 2mg. Zero libido and horrible ED for 25 years. Ain't this great.

Middle of night in a half-sleep state, noticed erections - haven't noticed that in years. After coming to complete awakening in middle of night, it disappeared quickly. I have been having stresses in my life and clearly the mind overpowers anything. Have felt nothing during the day today. Will try 1.25mg next Saturday.

Keep trying the 141 or Melonotan II. Do some breathing exercises like the Wim Hof method.

Next thing I would suggest is a ginkgo biloba extract. I never had a good response with peptides alone, but once I took ginkgo and a few other things a few days after the peptides and had great results for 3 days.

Are you on medicine/TRT?

I'm on TRT, Thyroid, HC for 10 years with no effect on libido/ED.

I have T cream, but have been hesitant to start due to MPB. Getting DHT tested next week to see if it is even necessary.

What other supplements have you tried? I picked up L-Dopa, probiotics, B6. But, not expecting them to solve much. Stress is an underlying factor for years. And I still think other physical factors (possibly DHT) are at play. 25 years with no libido and horrific ED...something isn't right. It sucks.

I keep seeing TRT doctors say DHEA for libido and dose it as much as you can handle. I recall Crisler and kominiarek both saying that.

I would not rely on tests for DHEA and DHT. Mine tests "fine" too but higher levels of both help me dramatically. There is no substitute for trial and error. While not glamorous, beet root powder (for NO) is something I find very helpful also. All that said, stress is very damaging. You might try Dr Seeds Chill pill which sounds promising but which I have not yet tried. Reversing the damage of long-term stress is difficult, although step one is to stop the stress damage.

My DHEA was in the fine range and after supplementing we have it over range always. I found the DHEA Troche to be the best. The otc stuff didn't do anything for me.

I have tried a lot. I mainly read through the therapies section of propeciahelp forum. I find that the therapies that work for them are pretty good. It's a focus on gut health, and I'll use therapies that cure those guys. Bulgarian Tribulus cycles, ginkgo boloba, licorice root extract. Some combine high dose Vitex with TRT.

I never responded to the typical supplements. Stuff like Tongkat ali, pine pollen, and typical T boosters do nothing.

I try to eat all healthy non processed foods, anything with antioxidants.

I'm interested in your before/after DHEA Troche labs. Did it increase T, E2, or DHT?

Do you take any other Troches?

Please list your labs done and ranges.

Where are you located? I was thinking Europe-at least DHT is available!

4/11/2016 before supplementing
DHEA-Sulfate 206.4 ug/dL 71.6 - 375.4
Estradiol, Sensitive 20.6 pg/mL 8.0 - 35.0

10/5/2017 taking 25mg Troche twice a day
DHEA-Sulfate 555.8 High ug/dL 71.6 - 375.4
Estradiol, Sensitive 14.3 pg/mL 8.0 - 35.0

10/4/2019 taking 12.5mg Troche twice a day
DHEA-Sulfate 436.4 H ug/dL 71.6-375.4
Estradiol, Sensitive 15.1 pg/mL 8.0-35.0

I don't use AI and only have tested DHT one time so don't know if it changed. I have used other Troche Tadalafil and Sildenafil and they are for me superior to other compounded forms.

Wow, great comparison, really appreciate it as it's helpful. Interesting that e2 went lower, and looks to be negatively correlated with DHEA. I'd like to try the Troche forms.

Looks like it does boost DHT, as I think that's the main shbg suppressor among androgens.

Do you feel ok with your e2 in the teens? My e2 was 16 and have thought higher would be better, but I have no idea really.
