What are your experiences with PT-141? (as an aphrodisiac)

Having used PT – 141 I first found out that it takes me several hours to begin feeling a little bit aroused. That being said, it doesn’t seem to make me horny, until my wife does something, anything to spark my interest. Then, it acts as an aphrodisiac for sure. I immediately get a very stiff erection and when I ejaculate. It’s very strong. Just for the record, I’m a 73 year, old male, with a history of heart disease and it was prescribed by my physician. Additionally, I have found taking something like super beats helps out quite a bit (boosts, nitric oxide). I have the availability of both Viagra and Cialis, but using PT 141, it’s not necessary.

How long before sex did you take it and what amount?

I still maintain that Trimix is vastly superior to PT-141. Trimix takes effect exactly when you want it to: right before sex. And its effects end exactly when you want it to: after sex. (Well, maybe not promptly after sex, but within a reasonable period thereafter.)

In my experience, PT-141 is too unpredictable in terms of timing. And worst of all, I end up with nocturnal erections galore the night after injection.

Trimix is a godsend, in my view. I don’t have to give a second thought to my erection. It’s just “there.” Which lets me focus wholeheartedly on my partner without a trace of performance anxiety.

If your estradiol is quite high, why don't you take AIs first? That has helped me in the past when my estradiol levels were high, it got me real horny real quick when I started taking them. (and I was taking a very small amount of AIs as well)

Does anyone here use PT-141 for assistance with arousal? How has it been? I just got approved for this treatment since I have been disinterested in sex recently...
(I haven't felt the need to ejaculate in like a week, which is REALLY weird for me, since I am usually dying if I do not ejaculate 2-3 times a day. I already checked T and estradiol levels, they are in check, so it's not that)

I've tinkered around with PT-141. Interesting peptide. For me, it really doesn't do much for libido/urge. It does, however, bring on spontaneous erections that (pardon the pun) keeps coming and going for the next 24-ish hours. My wife has tried it as well. She says that when it kicks in, she feels a buzzing-like feeling "down there". It definitely enhances her orgasm.

I've also found that higher doses kick in sooner than lower doses. Example:

1 mg - takes 6 to 8 hours before it takes effect.
1.5 mg - takes 4 to 6 hours before it takes effect.
2 mg - takes about 3 hours before it takes effect.

At doses of 2 mg or lower, I do feel a bit of flushing but that goes away within 30 minutes or so. The flushing feels like I took a hefty dose of niacin.

Anything above a 2 mg dose gives me horrible nausea once the peptide takes effect (and I mean horrible nausea - like rush to the porcelain throne and howl up everything you've eaten in the last week).

I've also found that this peptide has a residual effect on me. Take it on day 1 - works fantastic. Take it 24-hours after the first dose - hardly notice anything. I have to wait a minimum of 3-4 days between usage for it to have any significant effect.

I use 2.5 mg 5-6 hours before sex. I have a penile implant and it feels oval when pumped up fully. When the PT 141 kicks in I get these fat raging hard-ons. The shaft and the head get extremely engorged and sensitive. I am 69 years old not having two or three orgasms the night with this stuff. I don’t have any side effects other than trying to keep my hands off of it while I’m trying to sleep. It last throughout the next day for about 10 hours. For me it’s incredible. I do it twice a week no more than eight times a month

I started using 1-2 mg of pt-141..nothing until the next day !.. very frustrating I recently used my dosage to 3.5.. what a difference.. !!!.. raging erections and so horny it almost hurt , the sex was amazing and the orgasm was off the charts.. found my sweet spot. !!!
