I realize this isn’t a very important issue. I was just curious what others do. I do not take my supps with me on long weekends or even a week vacation. I obviously bring any rx I have, but it seems too cumbersome to bring all the supps I take. Any thoughts?
I discontinued the use of anastrazole about three months ago. I was taking a very small dose, less than 0.3mg per week. This was keeping my E2 around 25. Now my E2 is around 45. I haven’t changed anything else. Here’s the strange thing, my blood pressure has dropped significantly. I was always...
I recently switched protocol from E3.5D to EOD, so I will run labs after about 6-8 weeks. I generally only test T and E2. The last time I ran SHBG was about 6 months ago. I will test it again if necessary, but would rather not spend the $ if it’s unnecessary. Thanks and God bless America!
I just received my new lab results. I only tested TT, FT and E2 this time.
My protocol is 50mg Tcyp E3D. 250 iu hcg M and F. No AI.
TT 899 with upper range of 1100
FT 116 with upper range of 155
E2 41 with upper range of 29
I’m very happy with these results. They are trough levels. I feel...
Just got back from my yearly physical. Everything was perfect except for a slightly elevated hematocrit at 53. What is the consensus best way to lower hct other than donating blood? Right now I inject 50mg Tcyp E3.5D. Would smaller more frequent injections be the way to go or is lowering dose...
It seems to me that the terms high and low SHBG gets thrown around a lot but what one person thinks is high another doesn't. If according to Quest, the range of SHBG is 22-77nmol/L, then 49.5 is mid range. Why do some think of that number as high?
Okay gurus, I'd appreciate any thoughts are appreciated. I'll be 57 next month. Right now I'm very lean with good musculature. I've been on a mild caloric deficit diet for the last six months and am now ready to add a couple of pounds of good lean body mass without adding a lot of fat. So my...
Since I started taking daily cialis, my blood pressure has dropped to an average of around 113/60. I have no symptoms of low bp, but am wondering if I should be concerned at all. I know this sounds like a dumb question, but I'm just curious. Thanks.
I've asked this question before. Just looking for some thoughts from our esteemed panel. I've been on TRT for almost three years. Most of that time with great success. At this moment and for the last 18 months I've felt really good. Good libido, morning wood, energy, sleep, mood, etc...
I'm 56. Been on TRT 2+ years with great success. I also have hypertension for which I take Lotrel. BP is well controlled. I can say that I have never had an issue with ED. Not once in my entire life. I realize that may be hard to believe, but it's true. Anyway, I became interested in taking...
I was testing every 3-4 months for awhile. The results would cause me to tinker with my protocol which caused me to re-test. I've decided that as long as I feel great and am on a sensible protocol, there is no good reason to test so often. Now the question is how long can I go without being...
I've been on TRT for more than two years. Dialed in and feeling great for most of that time. I have used a low dose of adex the whole time. Seems like the general consensus on this site is to avoid adex unless you need a D cup bra or have severe swelling. Maybe I'm just sensitive to E2, but I...
I'm going to change my protocol from 50mg T cyp E3.5D to 12mg ED. I'm going to leave my hcg the same. I inject 250iu on Monday and Friday. For the next four weeks I'm going to stop using adex. I was taking 0.30 mg E3.5D. The reason for the switch in protocol is to try to eliminate the use of an...
I've always aimed for a certain E2 number not a ratio of E2 to TT. Is this ratio real and is it the optimal formula for getting the E2 where we want it? I've always thought we want an E2 in the mid 20's. If I went by this ratio, my E2 would need to be much higher.
