Unfortunately and I mean unfortunately, I had to discontinue the use of low dose cialis. It was causing silent migraines. Otherwise it was amazing at lowering my blood pressure and helping me produce erections like I was 17!Hey Nashtide - are you experiencing any side effects? I'm fighting BP issues in the about the same range - 130/85. I'm thinking maybe I should consider Cialis as a way treat it.
Ever deal with the migraines prior to Cialis? I ask because my pharmacist asked me, a month or so ago, if I ever experienced them (I didn't). He mentioned that he had two or three customers who battled them.Unfortunately and I mean unfortunately, I had to discontinue the use of low dose cialis. It was causing silent migraines. A headache is very rare for me. That said, as I initiated daily Cialis therapy, I had to work through the leg and back cramping that frequently occurs when Cialis is started. About 10 days of discomfort. Then, no problem.I'm sure curious as to the answer to CoastWatcher's question. I'm one of those lucky guys who NEVER have a headache, let along a migraine.

I've always used, and still use, Cialis at the 5mg strength. You could try the 2.5 mg tablets and see how you do. You might find that the lower dose is sufficient and you won't need to titrate up.What dosage? What about starting at 2.5mg daily then ramping up?
I never suffered with migraines of any kind. I never even heard of a silent migraine and I also almost never have a regular headache. I can't remember the last time I had a headache. Thankfully, these silent migraines only resulted in a dull headache, but it lasted 24 hours. The visual disturbances are a little unsettling. I was taking 5mg per day and it took a couple of weeks for the migraines to start. I was having 3 a week. Not fun because I can't overstate how much I was loving the benefits.
From what I can gather, the migraine issues will not go away with time.Nelson has written that he is unable to tolerate Cialis. I'm happy to have worked through the muscle aches - in my case, it's a great drug.
That's my understanding. From what I can gather, the migraine issues will not go away with time.
My doc gave me a script for a compounded tadalafil tab that can be chewed or used sublingualy. I may try using this once a week and see if I can avoid the migraines. It took several weeks for the headaches to start. That's my understanding.
I was not experiencing any ED whatsoever, and still am not. I just really enjoyed the absolute rock hard erections. Especially after orgasm. My erection would remain really stiff for a good ten minutes after. Now I still have quality erections which come easily and never fail me, but now I go soft pretty quickly once I'm done.Chiming in to say that I also use low dose daily Cialis - 2.5mg/day. Initially I was told that at such a low dose it would be unlikely that I would experience any improvements in erectile function however I do believe that there have been benefits in that department. Also, so far I have not experienced even a hint of back pain, etc - the only sides I experience are "floaters" in my field of vision...which for me are tiny little dots that I can see when I look at a solid, light colored background.
