Hi all,
I’m in the process of scheduling a consultation with Defy but also wanted to visit a Urologist in-person for a consultation to discuss TRT and some post vasectomy pain. I have an upcoming appointment with Dr. Melograna from MidAtlantic Urology. Other members have posted about him on this forum. Anyhow, I’m wondering if there are any recommended publications I can bring along with me that focus on utilizing testosterone bioavailability as a method of diagnosing low t. I have very high SHBG, high total t and flow free t in range. My calculated bioavailability is around 1.35%. I would prefer to have a local doctor prescribe testosterone so I can use my insurance. Thanks in advance.
