"TRT/HRT/Nutrition/Cognition/Wellness/LT student of the game"

So after 500ml VS last month on the 18th my Iron numbers went down nicely as I had a blood test done on the 13th this month. Huge drop in Ferritin from sub 400 to 170ish which we guessing attributes to inflamation I was having back then from being sick with flu/covid like shit. Small drops of 20-30 would be more iron depletion then inflamation. Will see now what genetic mutations I have once the results come back in. Will run them through checkiron.com algo (as talked with the man who built it) and it checks for 8+ variants of HH yet NHS checks only for 2 iirc. Attaching screenshots of blood tests for anyone interested. Also my blood pressure has reverted back to the one I had before getting sick while being still on TRT. Now been 6months or so off. No magnesiun, no potassium no vitamin supplemenets, just food and trying to get healthier each and every day. Gotta stay careful with supps as I had high iron and not sure if any other mutations.
