Testosterone & anxiety

oh definitely man don't fall in the AI trap unless you truly need too, just take a read how guys who crashed their levels felt and it can be pretty brutal.. letrozole is strongest AI and the harshest (worst for lipids)

Lowe2sucks, just have a normal estradiol test if you can´t get a sensitive one. At least you will have a pretty good idea what your level is. I´ve been on this forum for some years by now and it seems like E2 is the biggest issue around here. If we walk around every day - how do feel today oh not like yesterday etc.. I think many guys over feel themselves and is not doing good to anyone unless the levels are skyhigh or low. Personally I don´t feel anything different from having 20 to 60 or even higher.
There are so many other things that can make one anxious and I don´t believe that E2 really is the main factor.
Just my own exeperience!

if testosterone gives you anxiety its cause it increases your libido and higher sex drive. simply release your sexual tension and youll feel ok. :)
