Swanson, seems very potent for me. Yes i started mine also as a experiment, but got hooked On the positive effects immediately. Lol. I recommend you to check sensitive progesterone to know if you should increase your pregnenolone dosage. But 10mg day is pretty little as i know. Youre probably fine with little bit higher dosage. Well known doctor rob kominiarek likes to start no little than 25mg day pregnenolone on his patients. And as i remember right legendary dr john crisler liked to use 50mg day for most off his patients.
