Restart Experiment

I stopped T on February 17, 2016 after being back on for just 5 months, October 2015-Feb 2016.
In November 2015 I had two retinal tears in the right eye that came out of nowhere.
Both eyes became very sensitive to light especially around injection time.
I continued with T until February when I decided to stop due to the discomfort in the eyes.
I decided to see if T was adding to the condition and it appears that it was.
But I also learned that other drugs such as antibiotics and corticosteroids also
contribute to the condition.
With that being said I want to start back one more time and will try to manage the eyes.
My recent blood work after 12 weeks off T:
Total T 463-Range 347-1197,
Free T 6.8-Range 7.2-24.0
Estrogen Standard 19.2-Range 7.6-42.6,
DHEA 136-Range 48-344,
PSA 2.6-Range 0-4.

Is my estrogen low in relationship to Total T. No question mark.
I have ordered a Sensitive Estrogen today from Discount Labs as I'm curious to see the difference.
First order with Discount Labs and the service was great!
My estrogen does not move easily. While on T at 605 TT my estrogen did not move, 19.0.
Not sure if that's a good thing or not.
I was taking alot of zinc and nettle which I gave up thinking its holding my estrogen back.

Any thoughts on the estrogen.

Thanks

Did you quit Testosterone cold turkey or did you have a protocol lined up (Clomid, Tamox, natural supplements?). Seems like your axis bounced back nicely. I wouldn't be concerned with your estrogen level as it appears where it should be in relation to your total T.

Vitamin_C I had two weeks of clomid 25mg and also used TKA 1:200 by World ABS for four weeks.
The TKA is supposed to help with LH and free T.
I don't think it helped much-the clomid did the trick for me.
Thanks Vince.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
