Got my blood work today after 10 weeks of being back on T.
Total T: 603-Range 348-1197
Free T:6.7-Range 7.2-24.0
Estradiol: 30.3-Range 7.6-42.6
DHEA-S:43.4-Range 48.9-344
PSA: 2.8-Up from 1.9
Hematocrit: 47.9-Range 37-51
Hemoglobin:17-Range 12.6-17.7

I am currently on 60mg Test Cyp every 7 days per my doc.
When I started back in September 2015 I started at 100mg but realized that I was not drawing properly.
Tailored it down to 60mg.
I am only taking fish oil and vitamin D this go around as before I was taking androgenic herbs as well.
So my concerns are my free-T is low where as before it was at 14.0 and my estrogen is higher than it's ever been at 30. It was normally between 13 and 20 before.
I am going back on zinc daily for estrogen but what about the low free T.
Does the ratio calculate properly in relation to my Total T.
Also do I need to worry about Hemoglobin at 17 which is border line high.
I am going to try to convince my doc to go to .80 weekly as I'm not feeling that great after about 4 to 5 days between shots.
Would appreciate insight on the Free T, hemoglobin and elevated E.

Once a week dosing is outdated. Half your dose and take every 3.5 days for better results via more even T levels and less E2 conversion. Low free T could be due to high SHBG. Vitamin D can lower than in some people. Your E2 is fine if that was the ultra sensitive test and if you do not have any high E2 symptoms. Ratio: 603 divided by 30.3 = 19.9. Between 14 and 20 is good, so you are fine.

Thanks ERO.
I am also going back to stinging nettle root which I used to take regularly.
On a higher dose I used to split but wasn't sure if I would even notice 30mg.
E-2 was standard through Lab Corp.

I would want to inject twice weekly at a higher dose, should help your free T. Your hemoglobin and elevated E look ok, I definitely would take zinc. I use jarrow zinc balance.

80 mg per week divided into two 40 mg doses 3.5 days apart would increase your Free T and keep your levels more even. Likely resulting in lower E2 as well because of the more even levels. 60 a week is a very low dose for TRT considering that 100 mg/week is typically considered a 'replacement dose' of one's natural level.

What rationale was there to nearly halve your dose just because you made an error in dosing yourself? Why not just fix your mistake? As noted, 60mg every 7 days is an abysmal program to be on. If you think you're fine with that, feel good, then so be it but it's contrary to just about every current protocol.
