Great reminders of things that may of us forget to remind ourselves before we start worrying and wanting to change things we cannot change.
 
:) With low testosterone, it is very difficult to do the above. Our coping mechanisms do not work as well. We become stressed out easily. We have little focus. And we can start getting depressive symptoms that make us focus on the negative while we compare ourselves to others or what others "have done to us".
