LH cut off. It’s 3.1 (1.5-9.3 scale)

I’m about 2 months post-PCT, and taking nothing at all anymore.

My libido is still SO low…almost nonexistent. Not even close to how it was before I started TRT. And when I orgasm, it is still just a dribble. Not much volume to it at all. But these labs all look “good” don’t they?

Is there anything else I can do? Anything to increase the libido again?

Your axis has recovered fast.

Did you test for DHT?

Your sensitive estradiol is right at 0.35% of TT, which is expected.

Your free T is 1.1 percent of TT, which is lower than 2%+ that has been correlated to libido.

What PCT protocol did you use? How long were you on TRT?

Libido is complex and has several non bloodwork related variables.

Thanks for your reply a @Nelson Vergel

I did not check DHT. Would that be a good one to check also?

So my free T should be more than 2% of my total T? Since mine is 1.1%, that usually correlates to low libido?

I was on TRT for 18-20 months. For PCT I added HCG to the last 6 weeks of TRT, and then I used daily dose of 60mg toremifene. Clomid has given me permanent visual sides in the past, so I avoid it.

What other variables could I look into?

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
