Thoughts on adding 1g/day to the supp stack?

I have been using Taurine for years, 1000mg twice daily. It is a subtle neurotransmitter and helps may mood tremendously. It helps me focus on things that are positive rather than depressing thought. I have been on 70mg testosterone cypionate for 3 years and have not had any change in testicle size. I was not aware there was any relationship.

How is your libido?
How come you don’t have changes in testicular size ?

I don't think Taurine has any impact on libido. My testosterone was under300 when I started, so my body was not making any. I am targeting 550, so it is what my body needs. The testicular atropy study was done on rats, so I would not reach any conclusion that there is a cause and effect. I do believe Taurine supplementation is helpful to most of us with no side effects. As a group we should use it and see if we can see a real correlation between it use and changes in testicle size. Maybe we are rats.
