Need some advice with testogel

Hello!

Started with Testogel in December and after a while I got my motivation back but it disappeared just before Christmas. Took blood samples in early January that showed
T 15 nmol / L = 433 ng/dl
E2 90 pmol / l = 25pg/ml
SHBG 36 nmol /l

My doctor increased the dose to 9 sachets week, two days a week I take two sachets. Tried one sachet in the morning and once at night without any progress. Then took both of them in the morning then got my motivation back for a while and then disappeared again.

Took new blood tests last week, so talk to the doctor the next few weeks. My doctor said he will raise me to 20nmol / l, but I do not think that's enough for me. Having been on the HCG monotherapy last year and was then in 24nmol / l before I got the next injection. Felt good on Pregnyl but my estradiol increased with time so the effect was weaker at the end.

Do I ever got my motivation back, or is it a dopamine boost from the testosterone that gave me that motivation?
Maybe I am shutdown right now and need higher doses of testosterone?

When the motivation came back it felt like life came back and I was really productive. Felt sad when it disappeared again.

Regards Jonsson

Your TT is kinda low at 433 and your E2 is high, although it depends upon if you got the Sensitive E2 test or the regular E2 test.

A lot of guys never get to high enough T and/or TT levels on Testogel and switch to twice weekly injections for that reason.

ERO is right. I dealt with transdermals at an ever increasing dose and saw no progress. Injections made a world of difference in my case. Good luck.

Thanks for answers!
But here in Sweden we only got testogels and Nebido to chose between, u can have testoviron depot with license and got one injektion once ewery three weeks and that sucks. I selfmedicated with T-cyp 125mg a week for over ten years ago and that works great, but i stoped that because i buyed Testosterone on black market and you dont know whats in it.

There is a gentleman on another TRT forum that loves Nebido now that his doc injects it every 4 weeks instead of the 10-12 weeks they usually start with on Nebido. I believe he takes a small dose of Anasrozole twice a week as well. Perhaps that would work better for you than the Testoviron.
